This is a senior engineering opportunity focused on building and maintaining customer CRM integrations within a scalable global voice platform.
You will work across both frontend and backend development, combining React and TypeScript with Java and Spring to deliver reliable, high-performing solutions.
The role involves supporting existing codebases, resolving production issues, and developing new capabilities that remain compatible with evolving CRM and CTI APIs.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, engineering leaders, and test engineers in a cross-functional Agile environment.
You will contribute to systems designed for high availability, scalability, performance, and reliability across a global customer base.
The position also provides exposure to cloud technologies, microservices, REST APIs, databases, DevOps practices, and up-to-date software engineering approaches.

- Contribute as a senior member of an Agile team developing and maintaining a scalable, highly available global voice platform.
- Design, develop, debug, and implement full-stack software solutions using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Java, Spring, and related technologies.
- Develop and maintain customer CRM integrations, supporting existing codebases and implementing enhancements to maintain compatibility with evolving CRM and CTI APIs.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performing microservices that provide reliable REST APIs.
