Financial Crime Technology (FCT) are accountable for build & maintenance of Technology Services to fulfil the Group's Financial Crime Regulatory & Compliance Obligations. The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) will play a key role and strengthen the stability, resiliency, and operational maturity of our FCP Service/Oracle FCMRE.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic regulatory reporting initiatives, supporting production operations, and driving the integration of our future-state data architecture. This position requires a combination of deep technical expertise, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to lead and mentor offshore engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Improve reliability, availability, and recoverability of Monitoring & Screening platforms
- Define and manage SLIs/SLOs, alerting, and observability to proactively manage service health.
- Provide L1/L2 production support for FCP Platform, AutoSys batch scheduling, API services, and cloud-hosted components (AWS).
- Build and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and automation to reduce operational cost.
- Support incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews across screening, batch, and cloud ecosystems
