As a Sales Support Assistant, you will work closely with the Market VP and leadership team to decode market trends, leverage AI for analysis, and support strategic decision-making.
You will go beyond coordination and reporting to become a forward-looking business enabler, translating market signals into actionable insights and business direction.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- MBA from a top-tier B-school (ISB/IIM/Global equivalents)
- 1 or 2 years experienced grads with commercial savviness
- Robust interest in market trends, business strategy, and AI tools
- Ability to think in terms of insights → implications → actions
- Aspires to grow into strategy, business, or sales leadership roles
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Support to Leadership
- Support the Market VP in business reviews, planning, and strategic initiatives
- Prepare insight-driven briefs and analysis for decision-making
- Act as a bridge between data, market insights, and execution
- Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis
- Track and decode industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior shifts
- Identify leading indicators and emerging opportunities
- AI-Enabled Analysis & Insight Generation
- Use AI tools and analytics platforms to analyze data, identify patterns, and generate insights
- Translate outputs into clear business implications
