Job Details:
Facilitate, drive innovation programs & agile squad across the ISCM jewellery. To drive top down & bottom up innovation & enable innovation culture across regions. Represent ISCM jewellery in intra – company level & Tata group level events.
The role calls for travel, and work with regional teams.

Job Requirements
Education
B.E / MBA
Relevant Experience
6-10 years of professional experience in executing and owning work streams for innovation/strategy projects and programs with multiple stakeholders
Behavioural Skills
Good Communication & Interpersonal skills
Good Analytical skills- Problem solving/troubleshooting
Excellent Team player
Ability to manage time and prioritize.
Optimistic
Self-motivated / Self Driven
Skills Required
Experience in driving Innovation at Large industries/corporate - groups.
Knowledge in design thinking process

Valuable knowledge of Innovation models.
