Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive to join our dynamic team in Gurugram, India. In this pivotal role, you'll take ownership of critical financial operations, driving accuracy, compliance, and strategic insights that directly impact our organization's success. As a Finance Executive, you'll combine your technical expertise with cooperative problem-solving to optimize financial processes,



support informed decision-making, and foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement across the finance function.
- Analyze financial transactions, statements, and reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process optimization and cost efficiency
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and analyses that communicate progress, highlight adverse trends, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership
- Manage accounts receivable and payable functions, including processing transactions, investigating collection issues, and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve outstanding accounts
- Develop and recommend operating policies, procedures, and best practices for the finance department to ensure compliance with established standards and regulatory requirements
