What are the Key Deliverables in this role ?

Customer Service
- Serve as escalation point for vendor disputes, short-pays, and blocked/exceptions invoices.
- Identify potential sensitive issues and escalate it to the appropriate level
- Publish service dashboards and hold regular reviews with key stakeholders (Procurement, Receiving, Controllers).
- Accountable for meeting and prioritizing own targets/ deadlines and those of others within agreed standards and proced
