Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and coordinatingthe hiring process.
- Onboarding and Orientation: Support the onboarding process for current hires by preparing new employee paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with the completionof required forms and documents.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records,both physical and electronic, including personnel files, HR databases, and payroll systems.
- Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits administration tasks,



such as enrolling employees in benefit programs, processing changes to employee benefits, and addressing employee inquiries regarding benefits.
- Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing activities, including data entry, verifying timesheets, processing payroll changes, and addressing payroll-related inquiries from employees.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance withlegal requirements and organizational standards.
- Employee Relations Support: Provide support in handling employee relations matters, including investigating employee complaints or grievances, and assisting in resolving conflictsor disputes.
