We are looking for an experienced People & Employee Relations Manager to join our growing organization and play a key role in strengthening employee experience, people engagement, and workplace culture.

The role will serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on people-related matters, workplace concerns, team dynamics, and sensitive employee situations. The individual will work closely with leadership and managers to foster an open, respectful, and supportive work environment.

We are looking for a strong people leader with excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgment, empathy, and the ability to navigate complex situations with maturity and discretion. While experience in HR or Employee Relations is valuable, an HR background is not mandatory. We are open to experienced professionals from other people-centric leadership backgrounds such as education, teaching, training, academic administration, operations, mentoring, or similar fields.

- Act as a trusted and approachable point of contact for employees and managers on people-related matters and workplace concerns.
- Build robust employee relationships and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Support managers in effectively handling team dynamics, interpersonal challenges, communication, and sensitive employee situations.
- Facilitate the resolution of workplace conflicts and employee concerns in a fair, balanced, and confidential manner.
- Handle employee grievances and sensitive matters with appropriate discretion, empathy, and sound judgment.
- Coach and guide managers on effective people management and difficult conversations.
- Partner with leadership to strengthen employee engagement, communication, collaboration, and overall employee experience.
