Experience Content and Community Partnerships Lead KOL-CONTENT | Kolkata | 1 opening Monthly fixed gross salary: INR 20,000–30,000 Work arrangement: Full-time, in office. Exact workdays and hours to be agreed. Role purpose Build the OMMPODS content library by discovering and onboarding suitable artists, delivering quality sessions and using performance data to improve what audiences experience. Key responsibilities      Identify and shortlist suitable musicians, sound artists, voice artists, meditation guides and writers; assess samples for quality, audience fit and OMMPODS relevance. Contact shortlisted artists, explain the collaboration, secure interest and coordinate onboarding. Obtain approval for fees and usage rights; document deliverables, credits, timelines and permissions before release. Own scripts, briefs and the production calendar; coordinate recordings, editing, quality review and publishing. Maintain a content library with contributor, rights and version records. Review available plays, completions, repeat use,



drop-offs and guest feedback by session, artist and content type. Work with the technical lead to obtain reliable data and flag missing tracking. Report weekly on content and artist progress and monthly on performance, with recommendations on what to commission, improve, promote or retire. Support facilitator training and community partnerships that generate programmes, referrals or business. Desired candidate Prefer 1–3 years in content production, creator partnerships or community programmes. Strong artist discovery, outreach and relationship skills; writing and creative judgement; spreadsheet-based analysis and clear reporting. Comfort with meditation, music and wellness content. Must turn audience evidence into practical content decisions and coordinate approved contributor terms. Success measures Track qualified artists contacted, onboarding conversion, time to first approved release and content delivered on schedule.
