JOB SUMMARY:

Manager Conversion Payroll is expected to provide production oversight, performance management, coaching and feedback and partner engagement for Payroll service teams at Empower India. Team supports payroll implementation and online enrollment, automatic enrollment & Feedback services at a plan level for new as well as existing clients to Empower.

Prepares daily, weekly, monthly,



and quarterly management reports/dashboard used to assess the effectiveness of the function. Work with stakeholders to ensure policies and procedures are updated and maintained for the department.

7 to 10 years of industry experience in asset management and US retirement (Defined contribution) experience is a must along with people management, stakeholder management. Assists with special projects and other duties as assigned.

People & stakeholder Management:

• Manages team and work on their individual development
• Works with managers on hiring, develops training procedures and provides training
• Conducts performance evaluations and use the right tools to improve individuals’ performance
• Manages staff issues according to company and divisional policies.
• Effective stake holder management
• Timely communication with partners to execute process strategies
• Pro-actively identifies risk, make recommendations and able to take decis
