Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential and existing customers via phone to inform them about life insurance products and services.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans.

Explain policy features, terms, premium structures, and advantages clearly.

Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with prospective clients.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM systems.

Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.
Key Requirements:
Qualification: Minimum graduation is mandatory
Experience: Min 2 yrs in telesales experience in the BFSI industry
CTC: Upto 5.5LPA
Mandatory required Skills - Good communication and Life insurance exp.
