Key Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise warehouse workers and ensure smooth daily operations.

Manage team tasks, allocation,



and discipline.

Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports using Excel.

Ensure proper inward and outward material entry and tracking.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and inventory reports.

Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, and storage practices.

-
Coordinate with Warehouse Manager for stock planning and dispatch.

Conduct regular physical stock verification to ensure inventory accuracy.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.

Proficient in MS Excel reporting.

Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
