As a Warehouse Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supervising warehouse operators, forklift operators, and material-handling personnel to ensure secure, efficient, and accurate warehouse operations. You will oversee all aspects of material flow, including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, kitting, and dispatch activities, while always ensuring inventory accuracy and proper material identification.

In this role, you will work closely with Production, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and Planning teams to ensure that materials are available according to production schedules and business requirements. You will monitor warehouse capacity and space utilization,



optimize storage locations, and ensure compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out), FEFO (First Expired, First Out), and batch or lot traceability requirements where applicable.

You will be responsible for maintaining inventory integrity through cycle counts and periodic physical inventories, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. The role also includes ensuring the proper handling, storage, and control of hazardous, sensitive, or regulated materials in accordance with company procedures and relevant regulations.

Safety leadership is a key aspect of the position. You will ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, material-handling standards, housekeeping expectations, and 5S principles while actively promoting a strong safety culture throughout the warehouse.
