Job Summary

The Senior HRIS Consultant serves as the primary subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors and all related modules, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Workforce Software (WFS), and related HR technology platforms. The role is responsible for the configuration, optimization, governance, support, and continuous improvement of HR systems that enable global HR operations, workforce management, payroll processing, analytics, compliance, and digital transformation initiatives.





Working closely with Human Resources, Payroll, IT, Finance, Compliance, and external vendors, the incumbent provides technical leadership in system design, integration, reporting, data governance, workforce management, and process automation. The role drives operational excellence while ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives.

Job Responsibilities

HR Technology Administration
- Administer and optimize SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Workforce Software, and related SF Modules.
- Configure and maintain business rules, workflows, permissions, role-based security, and organizational structures.
- Ensure HR systems operate efficiently, securely, and in compliance with company standards.
