- Solid understanding of the services and solutions built using Java/Dot Net platform.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in managing RFP/RFI responses and delivering successful client demos.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and lead a team.
- Familiarity with bid management processes.
- Technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Salesforce) are a plus.
