Overview We are looking for a seasoned Employee Relations Manager to lead a newly formed Employee Relations Center of Excellence based in India. In this critical leadership role, you will define and execute the regional Employee Relations strategy, lead a team of Employee Relations Partners, manage high-risk/high-profile investigations and partner with Senior Business Leaders, Legal and HR executives to foster a positive,



compliant and thriving workplace culture. This role will report to the Vice President, Employee Relations. How you'll make an impact Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & COE Execution: Define and execute the regional ER strategy across India; assist in building robust processes, performance improvement processes, investigation frameworks, tools, and technology enablement for the COE. Team Mentorship & Growth: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing group of Employee Relations Partners, guiding them on effective investigation methods, witness credibility, and outcome recommendations. Complex Investigations: Direct and manage high-risk, sensitive, and escalated investigations (e.g., Code of Conduct, POSH, Fraud/Theft, Discrimination, Retaliation, and Hostile Work Workplace).
