Position Overview The Interior Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing interior design and fit out projects from initiation to completion. This includes planning, execution, vendor management, client coordination, and ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and deliver interior fit-out projects as per scope and timeline. • Prepare and monitor project schedules (MS Project/Primavera/Excel). • Coordinate with designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors. • Review BOQ, drawings, and material specifications. • Ensure quality control at all stages of execution. • Monitor budget, costs, and billing. • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings. • Manage procurement and vendor negotiations. • Ensure compliance with safety and statutory norms.



• Handle client communications and report progress. Required Skills • Strong knowledge of interior works (civil, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting). • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project/Primavera. • Excellent project planning and execution skills. • Solid vendor & client management ability. • Knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and billing. • Problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Strong leadership & team management skills. Qualifications • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design or equivalent. • 5–10 years of experience in interior project management.
