Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically robust Cyber
Security Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Engineer with experience in the
cybersecurity domain.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with at
least one leading EDR/XDR or Endpoint Security platform and should be capable
of handling technical demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), product
implementation, configuration, deployment, and post-sales technical support.

The candidate should also have a strong willingness to learn
and work with advanced cybersecurity technologies such as SIEM, NDR, OT
Security, Threat Intelligence, and other emerging security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Partner Support

Channel Sales & Partner Management




- Work
closely with channel partners, distributors, resellers, and system
integrators during customer engagements.
- Provide
technical pre-sales support to channel partners and assist them in
presenting cybersecurity solutions to customers.
- Conduct
product demonstrations, technical presentations, and POCs in coordination
with channel partners.
- Support
channel partners during solution positioning, customer meetings, and
technical discussions.
- Build
and maintain strong working relationships with channel partners and
relevant stakeholders.
- Assist
channel partners with product onboarding, technical enablement,
implementation, and post-sales support.
- Coordinate
with the sales and channel teams to support business opportunities and
deal closures.
