About this Role





We are seeking an experienced Service Architect to design and govern end-to-end service architectures and operational models for customer network, security, cloud connectivity, and managed service solutions. This role is responsible for translating business and technical requirements into scalable, supportable, and commercially viable service designs while ensuring alignment across sales, solution architecture, service operations, product, and delivery teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting medium to high-complexity customer opportunities and ensuring operational readiness, service excellence, and an outstanding customer experience throughout the service lifecycle.
