Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our clients business focusing on export/import. This role demands a skilled leader adept at navigating the complexities of the global trade environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's strategic direction, overseeing all aspects of business operations, and ensuring that the company achieves its financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's business strategies to attain the goals established by the board of directors and shareholders.
- Financial Management: Oversee the company's fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing. Ensure the management of the P&L; (Profit and Loss) to optimize the company's financial performance and strategic position.
- International Trade Expertise: Lead and expand the company's presence in international markets, including overseeing export and import operations. Navigate regulatory, logistical,



and cultural challenges associated with international trade.
- Business Unit Management: Manage and optimize operations of business units with international branches or sales units, ensuring efficient and effective operations across different regions.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with international clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement. Oversee the development and implementation of strategies for maintaining and growing the company's client base.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate with and manage internal stakeholders, including board members, investors, and employees. Build and maintain solid relationships with external stakeholders relevant to the company's international trade operations.
