Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Executive to join at ibis Hyderabad HITEC City, India. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our reservation operations, managing bookings, coordinating group inventory, and ensuring seamless guest experiences. You'll work collaboratively with sales, revenue management,



and other departments to maintain accurate reservation data and deliver exceptional service recovery. If you're organized, efficient, and passionate about creating positive guest interactions, we'd love to hear from you
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of reservation and group inventory management using our Property Management System (PMS), ensuring accuracy and timeliness in data entry
- Process current, revised, and canceled reservations and group room blocks with meticulous attention to detail
- Conduct daily inventory reviews and monitoring of group pick-up reports to track cut-off dates, availability, and booking trends
- Perform regular inventory controls to release rooms, extend cut-offs, and adjust availability based on sales contracts, group meetings, and revenue management directives
- Communicate proactively with sales and revenue management teams to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment in reservation and inventory management
