Role Overview:

This isn’t your typical calling job. As a Inside Sales Representative/Sales Development
Representative at Mentoria, you are the first human touchpoint between Mentoria and the
corporate world.

You’ll initiate meaningful conversations with CHROs, Employee Wellbeing heads, L&D; heads,
DE&I; leaders, and Employee Experience SPOCs, and generate qualified meetings for our
Business Development team.





This role requires intelligence, empathy, research, and relationship-building not just scripts
and spamming.

What you’ll do:
- Identify, research & qualify HR decision-makers in top Indian companies
- Run thoughtful, multi-channel outreach via LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp & Calls
- Tailor every pitch - no spam, no templates
- Set up discovery meetings and ensure smooth handovers to the sales team
- Maintain hygiene and follow-up discipline in Zoho CRM
- Work closely with the sales manager and content team for outreach campaigns

Who We’re Looking For:
- 6 months to 3 years of B2B inside sales / SDR experience (preferably in EdTech,
- HRTech, SaaS)
- Excellent communicator – confident writing and speaking to CHROs & senior HR leaders
- Highly organised with a strong sense of follow-through
- Can connect to a 100 potential prospects everyday through multiple channels
- Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sheets, CRM
