What You'll Do
- Partner with various teams to support client acquisition and retention efforts, deal development, and contract negotiations
- Validate and analyze pricing requests to determine appropriate course of action and commercial viability
- Update, maintain, and validate price lists, client templates, and internal financial documents
- Ensure pricing alignment with commercial negotiations, legal terms, and conditions
- Work with the Global Pricing Team to support ad hoc requests and strategic initiatives
- Analyze large volumes of data to identify opportunities that improve processes and create efficiency
- Communicate findings and recommendations to business stakeholders across the organization
- Support finalization of client deliverables and pricing documentation
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience working with large sets of data and ability to interpret complex information into actionable insights
- Outstanding financial acumen, strategic thinking, and advanced analytical skills
- Proficient Excel skills including advanced formulas, data segmentation, and Pivot Table creation
- Self-motivated, team player with flexibility, enthusiasm, and ability to work at various organizational levels
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with excellent communication abilities
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to prioritize workload effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus
- Energized by complex business contexts and driven to optimize competitive premium offers
