Scope:
- Primary Duties: Engage with stakeholders to define training objectives and scope, craft engaging and informative content including Instructor-Led Trainings (ILTs), eLearning modules, job aids, hands-on labs, assessments, and more. Oversee the deployment of training materials on Learning Management Systems (LMS) and assist in various training development tasks.
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy and relevance of content, collaborate effectively with team members, maintain clear communication with project leads and stakeholders,



and apply instructional design principles and models to meet project specifications.

Tools you will be utilizing:
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Articulate Rise, AI, and other relevant authoring tools to create and design training materials.

What you’ll do:
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments and analyses per Blue Yonder's Go-To-Market strategy.
- Utilize accepted industry-authoring tools to design and develop technical training materials that adhere to departmental standards across various formats. This includes crafting transparent learning objectives, comprehensive courses, interactive hands-on exercises, and effective assessments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to integrate expert feedback into training materials.
