We are looking for an experienced Principal Wealth Advisor to provide comprehensive, goal-based financial planning and wealth advisory services to high-value clients. The role focuses on understanding each client’s financial objectives, risk profile, current financial position, and long-term milestones to develop practical and personalised wealth strategies.

You will work across investment planning, retirement planning, tax and estate considerations, budgeting, debt management, and long-term wealth creation. The ideal candidate will combine robust financial planning expertise with excellent client-management skills and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable advice.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with Wealth Advisors and the advisory team to deliver high-quality financial planning and wealth advisory services.




Develop comprehensive financial plans covering investments, retirement, tax, estate planning, budgeting, debt management, and wealth creation.
Assess clients’ financial positions, including income, expenses, assets, liabilities, cash flows, and investment portfolios.
Evaluate client risk profiles, financial objectives, life goals, and key milestones when developing recommendations.
Review and validate financial planning work prepared by Wealth Advisors to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with client requirements.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients through regular communication and ongoing financial guidance.
Understand clients’ changing financial circumstances and proactively identify relevant planning opportunities.
Translate financial analysis and recommendations into clear, practical, and actionable strategies.
