Role Summary
- The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth, and profitability of the company, with full P&L; ownership.
- This role will focus on scaling revenue (especially IT staffing and app development), strengthening tech‑sales capability, and building a high‑performing in‑house leadership team while maintaining strong client relationships.
- The ideal candidate will bring a strong, active network of decision‑makers in India, and is expected to leverage these relationships to rapidly acquire new clients and double (2x) revenues within the first 12 months, rather than building the pipeline from scratch.





Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy, Growth and P&L;
- Define and execute a 3~5 year growth strategy aligned with the Board’s vision.
- Drive revenue and margin expansion across app development, project maintenance, and IT staffing, with a transparent focus on scaling the staffing business and higher‑value projects.
- Own the company P&L;, including annual operating plans, budgets, and financial performance.
- Identify new markets, service lines (including AI‑led/custom development) and partnership opportunities to accelerate growth.

2. Sales, Business Development and Client Management
- Personally leverage an existing network of CXO‑level and senior technology buyers to originate, pitch, and close high‑value deals, with a clear mandate to achieve ~2x revenue growth in Year 1.
