This is a strategic business development role focused on expanding public-sector opportunities across Federal, State, and Local Government markets.
You will identify emerging opportunities, build relationships with government stakeholders and prime contractors, and position technology, staffing, and professional services solutions effectively.
The role combines market intelligence, capture strategy, procurement knowledge, and relationship management across the public-sector ecosystem.
You will monitor budgets, legislative developments, procurement cycles, contract vehicles, and set-aside programs to identify opportunities early.
Working closely with proposal, recruiting, and delivery teams, you will help shape solutions, pricing, teaming approaches, and competitive strategies.
The position offers a highly autonomous environment where strong networking, negotiation,



and pipeline-building skills can directly support business growth.
It is well suited to an experienced government sales professional with a proactive, hunter-oriented approach and knowledge of U.S. public-sector procurement.

Accountabilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across Federal, State, and Local Government markets, positioning the organization as a qualified staffing, subcontracting, consulting, and technology services partner.
