About the Role

We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy Sr. Motion Graphic and Video Editor to drive the brand’s social media presence and create engaging visual content for our FMCG beverage portfolio.

The role combines motion graphics, short-form video editing, and trend spotting. The ideal candidate should understand how beverage/FMCG brands communicate with consumers and be comfortable turning brand ideas into engaging Reels, videos, campaigns, and social-first content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain monthly/weekly social media content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
- Plan and execute content around product launches, campaigns, festivals, occasions, events, and brand moments.
- Monitor social media trends, memes, formats, audio trends, and emerging content opportunities.
- Ensure consistent brand tone, visual identity, and messaging across platforms.
- Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and community engagement.

Video Content & Editing
- Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and deliver engaging Reels, Shorts, product videos, campaign films, and social media creatives.
- Create platform-specific short-form video content designed for engagement and reach.
- Edit raw footage into polished, fast-paced, social-first content.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, typography, music, sound effects, subtitles, and visual effects where required.
- Adapt long-form content into multiple short-form assets.

3. Content Creation
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas for the beverage brand.
- Translate marketing briefs into engaging visual and video content.
- Create product-focused content highlighting product advantages, ingredients, usage occasions, USPs, and brand stories.
