- Ensure cleanliness of Production area and Production machines in compliance with food safety guidelines
- Mechanically inclined individual who can help troubleshoot their system
- Ability to perform quality checks during the run, weights, seals and appearance of Product
- Perform line change over, set up, start up, perform room cleaning and line cleaning
- Report malfunctions or errors to supervising staff immediately and relay key information about the issue
- Adhering to the safety regulations and protocol implemented in the packaging area.
- Apply labels and transfer products to the final shipping area, keeping them organized to aid in shipping crew’s job
- Complete paperwork and other minor administrative tasks at the beginning and end of your shift, carefully ensuring all information is entered correctly and clearly
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, quality driven and capable of working independently with little supervision
- Ability to effectively communicate with peers and Supervisors
- Must possess the ability to work as a positive team member
- Willingness to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays based on business need
