Purpose of the role

The purpose of this role is to drive and ensure accurate and timely delivery of core P&C; operations across the employee lifecycle. Ensure smooth and efficient execution of the processes with full ownership. This role supports operational excellence by managing employee documents, HR systems, data accuracy, compliance, reporting, query management and stakeholder management.
As a senior member of the P&C; Operations team, this role is expected to identify process improvement opportunities, strengthen governance, support complex employee lifecycle matters and contribute to a consistent employee experience.
