About the Company
DreamGreen Technologies (DG) is a Pune-based startup engaged in the development of advanced solutions for the Defence sector, specifically in NBCD (Nuclear, Biological, Chemical Defence) and electronics domains. DG works closely with a Swiss MNC to develop NBCD solutions and supports Defence and Government clients in India.
Role Overview
The Head of Product Development and Support will lead solution development, field support,



and customer engagement activities for defence-focused products. This is a hands-on leadership role combining product engineering, support operations, documentation, and business development with Defence and Government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product / Solution Development
- Develop solutions based on existing products and capabilities
- Engage with users to understand operational requirements and convert them into deployable solutions
- Identify and manage existing and recent vendors
- Design prototypes, conduct testing, gather user feedback, and finalize products

2. Product Support
- Oversee support activities for Powered Air Purifying Respirators (PAPRs) supplied to the Indian Navy
- Manage routine and breakdown maintenance activities
- Use support engagements to capture additional user requirements and identify new opportunities
