The Associate Principal Statistical Programmer plays a crucial role in our organization, ensuring data accuracy and integrity in statistical programming tasks. Essential Functions
• Leads statistical programming activities for multiple projects, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in deliverables
• Develops and validates datasets and outputs using SAS programming,



ensuring compliance with CDISC standards such as ADaM and SDTM models.
• Oversees and mentors junior statistical programmers, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborates across departments to align programming tasks with project timelines and objectives, ensuring timely delivery of results.
• Develops and implements programming solutions that support clinical trial data analysis, adhering to regulatory requirements and IQVIA standards.
• Reviews and validates statistical programming work to maintain high quality standards and compliance with internal and external guidelines.
• Acts as a liaison between data management, biostatistics, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of statistical programming activities.
