Job Summary

We are looking for experienced EMS/NMS Developers to join the USM Project team. The role involves development and maintenance of EMS/NMS products, customer-facing technical support, product quality enhancement, automation initiatives, and troubleshooting complex network management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain EMS/NMS products and applications.
- Participate in product quality improvement and automation initiatives.
- Provide customer interfacing and field issue support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, deployment, and customer issues.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product stability and performance.
- Support product deployment, upgrades, and maintenance activities.




- Contribute to performance tuning and optimization of databases and applications.
