The Content Delivery Lead I supports the planning, organization, and execution of production activities for online professional services content. This hands-on role independently prepares and quality-checks content, manages files and media, maintains production tooling, and keeps assigned work moving through established workflows. Success is defined by accurate, high-quality delivery assets, robust attention to detail, timely follow-through, and early identification of risks and technical issues.
Responsibilities include:
40-60% of your time will include:
- Creating, maintaining, and organizing content libraries, including active and archived data and assets, and preparing files, media, and metadata for production readiness.
- Supporting delivery tooling and workflow management across Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365; maintaining accurate trackers, boards, documentation, and status information.
- Conducting detailed quality assurance checks and making trained corrections using tools such as Articulate Rise; validating links, media playback in Brightcove, accessibility, formatting, and functional interactions.
25-35% of your time will include:
- Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve production processes, templates, documentation, and individual workflows, including appropriate use of AI tools to increase productivity and reduce manual effort.
