This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Tier 1 AI Automation Engineer / Product Support Analyst based in India.

This role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of AI automation, product support, and technology operations. You will help support the deployment and ongoing use of technology products while assisting customers and internal teams with technical issues and product questions. The position combines troubleshooting, automation, process improvement, and user engagement in a remote setting. You will contribute to identifying recurring issues, improving support workflows, and helping users get the most value from the platform. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys solving technical problems while communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical users. It also provides exposure to AI-enabled tools, product operations, and evolving automation practices.

Accountabilities

Provide first-line technical and product support, responding to user questions, incidents,



and requests in a timely and structured manner.

Troubleshoot product issues, investigate reported problems, and identify practical solutions or appropriate escalation paths.

Support product deployment activities, helping users and teams adopt and effectively use new or existing product capabilities.

Assist with AI automation workflows and identify opportunities to streamline repetitive support and operational processes.

Monitor recurring support issues and contribute to root-cause analysis, documentation, and process improvements.

Collaborate with product, engineering, deployment, and customer-facing teams to communicate issues, track resolutions, and improve the overall user experience.
