We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in SQL and expertise in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of insurance processes, data analysis, and business requirements gathering.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and interpret data related to Property & Casualty insurance policies, claims, and underwriting.
- Develop and generate comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders, providing insights into key performance indicators and business trends.
- Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Work closely with the IT team to translate business requirements into technical specifications for system enhancements and implementations.
- System Integration:




- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications.
- Participate in the testing and validation of system changes to guarantee accuracy and functionality.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Property & Casualty insurance domain.
