Job Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide junior QA testers, providing training and support as needed
- Lead testing efforts for more complex projects, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy
- Conduct post-release / post-implementation testing. Assist with technical or training documentation.
- Create test data for test execution. Execute test cases (manual) and analyze results.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA Testers, and Product Owners to deliver on behalf of the customer with quality.
