Key Responsibilities:
- UI/UX Strategy: Develop and execute UI/UX strategies that align with the organization's business objectives and user needs. Define design principles, standards, and best practices to guide the design process.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of UI/UX designers, providing mentorship, guidance,



and feedback to help them grow and excel in their roles. Delegate tasks, set priorities, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders, to understand project requirements, define user stories, and ensure alignment between design and business goals.
