Wirality is building a new social-first creative team designed for the way brands need to communicate today - faster, more frequently and across more formats, audiences and platforms.

755 is built for a world where brands need to create more content, for more audiences, across more platforms without treating every piece of content like a traditional advertising campaign.

We’re looking for a Graphics Designer who doesn’t believe their job ends with making something look positive.

You should be able to take an idea and figure out how to bring it to life - whether that means designing a social post, creating a visual identity for a content series, animating typography, cutting a reel or figuring out the visual language for an entire campaign.

This isn’t a role where you’ll sit on one side of the creative pipeline.

You’ll move between design, motion and video depending on what the idea needs.

We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, fast, visually sharp and comfortable figuring things out.

What You’ll Do

1. Design at the Speed of the Internet





Social doesn’t give you three weeks to perfect every creative.

You’ll be expected to:

Create social content, campaign assets, digital creatives, presentations and other brand communication.

Turn ideas into strong visual executions quickly.

Develop visual routes rather than simply executing layouts.

Adapt ideas across formats, platforms and brand requirements.

Work across multiple brands and projects without letting the quality fall apart.

Know when something needs polish and when something simply needs to get out into the world.

Speed matters. But speed without taste doesn’t.

2. Think Beyond Static

We don’t want someone whose creative process stops when Photoshop closes.

You should be comfortable moving between:

Static design.

Motion graphics.

Typography.

-
Animation.

-
Short-form video.

-
Reels.

-
Social edits.

-
Creator content.
