We are seeking a Telecom Billing Operations Support Engineer to provide Level 2 application operations support for telecom billing platforms and billing-cycle activities. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in billing operations, BSS environments, application support, or production operations who are passionate about service reliability, billing accuracy, automation, and continual improvement.

The role supports bill runs, invoice processing, CDR management, reconciliation, discrepancy analysis, incident resolution, and operational governance activities. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including CRM, mediation, infrastructure, database, service management, and vendor partners to deliver stable, effective, and compliant billing services.
