ITOM Developer

Location: Hyderabad/Bengalore/Pune

Exp: 6+yrs

Sound understanding of ServiceNow platform knowledge.

Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Jelly scripting etc.)

Experience developing custom applications, modules, forms, and workflows in ServiceNow.

Familiarity with REST, SOAP, and other integration methods

Sound understanding of ServiceNow best practices.

Required Desired Skills like,: MID server Troubleshooting, Cancelled Discovery schedule, Troubleshooting related to Servers, Integrations . CMDB, SAM , Pattern , Recent Custom Pattern creatin & Extension creation, Service Mapping * Troubleshooting, AIops, Event Management and Troubleshooting .

MID Server troubleshooting

Discovery issues analysis (including cancelled/failed schedules)

Server level troubleshooting & integration fixes

CMDB & SAM knowledge

Discovery Pattern creation & extensions

Service Mapping configuration & troubleshooting

AIOps fundamentals and issue resolution

Event Management setup & troubleshooting
