Technical Skills:
1. Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving:

o Identify potential areas where things might go wrong

o Ability to identify minor inconsistencies

create test cases for all variables

4. Testing Methodologies:

5. Microsoft 365:
o Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite of applications- required

6. Test Management Tools: (nice to have)
o Knowledge of test management tools help manage and track test cases, defects,
and overall testing progress. Being familiar with these can improve efficiency.

o Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing

o You should be able to analyze test results, identify root causes of problems, and
suggest solutions.

o Being able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage your testing workload

o Consider different user scenarios and try to break the software in unexpected
ways to find potential weaknesses
o Ability to consider the user experience and provide feedback that would help
