Responsibilities

This person will have responsibility for handling third party commercial contracts related to Oaktree’s business and operational activities across different regions including USA, EMEA and APAC. The role will be based full time in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities include:




- Working closely with Senior Manager, Legal and effectively managing end-to-end review of third party commercial contracts for Oaktree corporate entities across different regions including USA, EMEA and APAC, and advising internal business partners in relation to such contracts;
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating third party commercial contracts including master service agreements, consultancy agreements, service agreements, engagement letters, manpower/ staffing services agreements, SOWs, non-disclosure agreements, work orders, purchase orders, amendment agreements and other vendor contracts;
- Supporting contract lifecycle management processes;
- Maintaining and managing contract templates and assisting in standardization of templates;
- Assisting in drafting, developing and maintaining various playbooks, handbooks, guidelines, trackers and other internal processes to effectively manage contracts review;
