Work Flexibility: Field-based

This is responsible for promoting and selling a portfolio of technical and/or nontechnical products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers. Will also inform customers of new product/service introductions and prices. He/she will also create, monitor and revise lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline. Maximizes revenues from sales of the organization's products and/or services through a base of dealers & distributors
Essential duties & responsibilities:
- Implement sales activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goal for the assigned area / territory.
- Support Regional Sales Business Manager to promote products to individual doctors & hospitals in assigned region.
- Reach out to identify new business opportunities by means of tender & government businesses.
- Retain key accounts & explore current accounts/business opportunities to build Strykers‘ customer pool
- Relationship Building – Trustworthy, Listener, Initiator, Influencer, Communicator




- Total Solution Provider – Strategic, Ability to Lead along with ability to drive independently, Ability to look beyond the obvious

Experience:
- At least 4-6 years’ sales experience in healthcare, preferred (preferred Medical capital)
- Proven record in sales management, channel management and key account management
- An understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline. The job requires attention to detail in making evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information.
