Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare managed services organization serving 270+ provider organizations across the United States, with delivery operations in Gurugram, Manila, and Chicago. Our RCM practice runs medical coding, charge entry, payment posting, and AR and denials management for physician groups and health systems across multiple specialties and payer environments.
The Senior Manager, AR RCM is the most senior AR delivery leader in the India operations.

Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this role carries full accountability for AR performance across the Neolytix client portfolio: net collection rates, AR aging, denial resolution, follow-up compliance, and the teams that execute this work every day.
This is not a monitoring role and not a reporting role. You own the outcome. If AR aging is trending in the wrong direction, you know why before leadership asks. If a client's net collection rate is below benchmark, you have a recovery plan before the QBR. You lead a multi-tier AR team, hold SLAs before they breach, and bring strategic clarity to the CEO and COO on the financial health of every account. If that describes the way you have built your career, this role is built for you.Key Responsibilities
1. AR Delivery Ownership & SLA Accountability
- Own end-to-end AR performance across the full Neolytix client portfolio: follow-up compliance, AR
