Job Title: Manager - Accountant- Finance Manager

Compensation: CTC 3.5 to 5.5 LPA

Location: Rudransh Warehouse, Bagroda Road, Rapadiya, Bhopal, MP

Job Summary: The Accounts Head will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations,



and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company’s growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement budgets, and forecasts. Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management.
- Budget Management: Oversee the preparation and management of budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control costs to ensure efficient use of resources. Identify areas for cost reduction and implement cost-saving measures.
- Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow to ensure the company has sufficient funds to meet its obligations.
