The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and talent development. This role will play a critical role in ensuring that the organization has a high-performing workforce that is aligned with its strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for current hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Address employee concerns and resolve disputes in a timely and fair manner.
- Manage employee relations issues, such as disciplinary actions and performance reviews.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
