We are looking for a
results-driven Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Specialist to join our
growing data and analytics team in Coimbatore. In this role, you will own the
full analytics lifecycle — from platform architecture and data modelling through
to insight delivery — enabling marketing and business teams to make confident,
data-led decisions.

You will partner closely with
marketing, product, and technology stakeholders to translate complex
cross-channel customer behaviours into clear, actionable intelligence. If you

Data Modelling
& Platform Architecture

• Design and maintain robust schemas, datasets, and data
views within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to support scalable, high-quality
analytics.

• Build, configure, and manage CJA connections and data
pipelines, ensuring seamless ingestion from multiple data sources.

• Define calculated metrics, derived dimensions, and
custom attribution models aligned to business goals.





• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and journey
mapping techniques

• Lead data architecture reviews and recommend
improvements to platform configuration for performance and reliability.

Analytics,
Reporting & Insight Generation

• Design and publish self-service dashboards and reports
in CJA Analysis Workspace, tailored to specific business KPIs and stakeholder
audiences.

• Conduct deep-dive analysis of cross-channel customer
journeys to identify friction points, drop-offs, and conversion opportunities.

• Analyse customer behaviour across multiple channels
(web, mobile, CRM, offline touchpoints)

• Translate analytical findings into prioritised,
actionable recommendations with transparent business impact.

• Establish regular reporting cadences and
executive-level insight briefs.
