Job Description
- Achieve daily targeted number of sales calls with effectiveness and document all interactions in the CRM system
- Develop business leads for the Hotel on a weekly basis and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective accounts
- Prepare monthly list of accounts to penetrate for the following month with detailed market analysis




- Plan a minimum of 2 site inspections and entertainment meetings per week with qualified potential accounts or current accounts
- Prepare monthly action plan for main market segment aligned with overall hotel revenue objectives
- Perform monthly review of account profile on room nights production and average rate to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor competitors' rate strategy, account penetration, and marketing activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market
- Fully responsible for accounts under his/her management, including contracting, updating profile, and renewing contracts in a timely manner
- Update management on VIP arrivals, meet and greet accordingly, and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Up-sell, cross-sell, and promote Hotel facilities and services at every available opportunity to maximize sales revenue
- Conduct negotiations to achieve the best profit margins and competitive rates for the Hotel while maintaining client satisfaction
