Role Overview

We are seeking a agile and experienced Head of Finance to lead the financial strategy, planning, and operations of Opus Industries Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial health, managing risks, and enabling growth across our core business verticals—AAC block manufacturing under the brand AEROBILD and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.




- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to the MD and leadership team.
- Analyze business performance, unit economics, cost structures, and profitability.

Financial Operations
- Supervise day-to-day finance operations including accounting, MIS, cash flow, and working capital management.
- Ensure timely closure of books, monthly and annual financial statements, and audits.
- Monitor receivables, payables, and bank reconciliations to maintain liquidity.

Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws, GST, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government departments.
- Assess and mitigate financial risks and improve internal controls.

Cost & Inventory Control (Manufacturing Focus)
- Monitor and optimize raw material costs, transport, labor expenses, and overheads.
